Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop Floor Lead to support onsite operations in Warsaw, IN. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities, with a focus on network infrastructure, application migration, and project management. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between shop floor operations and IT, ensuring seamless execution of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support shop floor technology initiatives and daily operations
Oversee and coordinate network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Drive application development efforts (including low-code platforms such as Power Apps or similar tools)
Manage and execute cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Act as a project manager, tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and operations
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best practices across systems
Provide technical guidance and support to onsite teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, configuration, troubleshooting)
Proven experience in project management (planning, execution, stakeholder management)
Hands-on experience with application development, preferably using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps)
Experience in cloud migration (Azure, AWS, or similar platforms)
Familiarity with shop floor / manufacturing environments is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in industrial or manufacturing settings
Certifications in cloud platforms or project management (PMP, Agile, etc.)
Exposure to network security and compliance standards
