As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and guiding the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple platforms and modules. You will leverage your deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices to architect robust solutions that drive business value, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role
• 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow GRC, SecOps modules, with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Bachelors or Master s Degree
• CTAs/ ServiceNow Certified Candidates Preferred, ServiceNow CIS certification in Risk & Compliance
• Experience in implementing and supporting SecOps and GRC projects
• Understanding of common cybersecurity concepts such as vulnerability management, risk management, cyber security frameworks (NIST, COBIT), attack vectors, threat intelligence
• Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of Security & Risk/GRC solutions in client environments
• Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
• Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using Javascript
• Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on complex business processes and technical concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and situational awareness
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience with scripting, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow customization features.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with ITIL principles and best practices.
