Job Description:
>> Work in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting the ServiceNow Platform.
>> Administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of users and stakeholders.
>> Perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
>> Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform including routine changes or configuration and adjustments as requested.
>> Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching.
>> Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operational administrative tasks, as needed.
>> Document administrative processes and issues resolution.
>> Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies.
>> Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.
Requirements:
>> 3+ Years experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
>> 3+ experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOMCMDB
>> Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required
>> Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript
>> Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
>> Agile experience
