Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced PEGA Business Analyst to work closely with business and technical stakeholders across the Software Development Life Cycle. The role will focus on requirements elicitation, solution design, Pega application architecture, integration, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, business analysts, data governance, analytics, engineers, and technical leads to understand business needs and define effective solutions.
• Participate in requirements elicitation, application architecture, high-level design, implementation, testing, transition, and warranty activities.
• Work with Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x/v8.x on enterprise-level business solutions and applications, preferably across multiple global Pega implementations.
• Apply strong technical knowledge of Java and enterprise-class Java applications along with object-oriented analysis, design, and system integration.
• Analyze business processes, prepare design documentation, and provide technical effort estimates.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of PRPC architecture, design, and implementation features, ensuring solutions align with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure Pega and organizational best practices are consistently followed and delivered with high quality.
• Work with Pega rules and features including Flows, Activities, UI, Flow Actions, Agents, Queue Processors, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners, and Connectors.
• Implement and support Pega integration services using REST, SOAP, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Collaborate with software developers and engineers to select appropriate design solutions and ensure compatibility across system components.
• Support delivery using industry-standard frameworks including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x/v8.x and enterprise-level Pega applications.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, design, implementation, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Java and enterprise-class Java applications.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements analysis, object-oriented design, and system integration.
• Experience with Pega integrations using REST, SOAP, and related technologies.
• Experience working with Pega rules and features such as Flows, Activities, UI, Flow Actions, Agents, Queue Processors, SLA, Security, Reports, Listeners, and Connectors.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting multiple global Pega implementations.
• Experience collaborating across business, technical, data governance, and analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience leading validation, testing, implementation, transition, and warranty activities.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
