Associate Manager, Label Marketing & Accounting Administration

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Associate Manager, Label Marketing & Accounting Administration for a contract position with a World's Leading Music Company located in Miami Beach, FL. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity.

This role will provide day-to-day finance support to marketing teams, working closely with the central accounting team on the monthly financial close. The ideal candidate will track and analyze budget variances, assist in preparing forecasts and budgets, and provide ad hoc analyses of artist projects.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the VP of Label Operations to set up, streamline, and manage budgets for artists and projects
• Liaise with the Finance team for monthly budget reservations, fund transfers, vendor installation, and creating requisitions
• Manage marketing projects by artist, vendor, and expense type, controlling assigned budgets and resource allocation within SAP
• Develop, prepare, and manage Marketing budgets for senior management with analysis of marketing investments
• Manage project deadlines with Marketing, Finance, Legal, vendors, and suppliers
• Manage the vendor payment process, including compliance approvals and vendor setup within SAP/Uniport
• Manage vendor invoices and backup documentation for payment processing
• Record and distribute marketing meeting minutes and organize meetings
• Manage ad hoc projects, including creating one-sheets, timelines, and other project documents
• Facilitate travel for Artists as requested
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience in a professional environment
• Accounting, financial, or administration experience
• Strong Project Management and Computer skills: Excel, Uniport/SAP, Monday, PowerPoint
• Extremely organized and process-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities in a high-speed environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external partners
• Ability to work under high pressure and speed
• Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and manage time effectively

Desired skills:

• Experience in the Entertainment Business is a plus

Pay rate: up to $28.00 per hour
