Position: Financial Analyst
Location: Hybrid onsite in Orlando, FL
Duration: 12-month contract + potential extensions and/or opportunity to convert to permanent with the client
Rate Range: up to$75 per hour depending on skills and experience
Position Overview: We are in search of a Financial Analyst that can help with the day to day operations of a central invoicing team. This person will work with purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable, and project financials for Business and IT teams
Requirements:Experience with Coupa financial softwareExperience with SAPExperience with invoicing/purchase ordersExcellent communicationDay to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: Support and help grow the Central Invoicing Team.
o Partnering with technology teams to create purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper invoicing is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
o Compare time and material data associated with all approved POs to their respective invoices. Identify, correct, and communicate any discrepancies to both the business and finance teams.
o Reconcile PO line items with vendor invoices to ensure proper coding is provided and all information matches prior to submitting.
Document processes and methodoliges and other information to help document and establish new processes as needed.
Assist leaders by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner
Liaise with team members and cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization
