Airlines Business Analyst

Client''s Airline Vertical has secured a large-scale, next-generation transformation program for one of the world''s largest airlines. As part of this initiative, we are building a modern platform supporting Airline Crew Management and Flight Operations systems .

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a domain SME for airline crew, flight, and operational systems, working closely with airline business stakeholders and product teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements related to airline operations, crew scheduling, flight planning, dispatch, and operational workflows.
• Translate airline operational processes into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows for technical and delivery teams.
• Participate in solution discussions for next-generation airline platforms, ensuring alignment with real-world airline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support UAT and validation activities, ensuring delivered solutions meet airline operational needs.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs with both business and technical teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong Business Analyst experience within the Airline or Aviation industry.
• Dispatch, Irregular Operations (IROPs), or Operational Control
• Ability to function as a true airline domain expert, not just a documentation-focused BA.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage airline business users and technical teams.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation or platform modernization initiatives is a strong plus
