Description
We are looking for a dependable PC Technician to support hardware setup, troubleshooting, and workstation connectivity for a Contract position based in Park City, Utah. This role focuses on keeping end-user devices and related equipment operating efficiently across a range of computer hardware environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on with Dell Technologies and Apple devices while delivering timely technical support in a detail-oriented setting.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and associated hardware to support daily business operations.
Diagnose hardware issues, perform repairs or component replacements, and verify that systems are functioning properly after service.
Set up and organize cabling for workstations, device connections, and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Provide technical support for Dell Technologies systems and Apple devices, including initial deployment and ongoing troubleshooting.
Prepare new or reassigned equipment by imaging, configuring, and testing devices before distribution to end users.
Document completed work, equipment status, and technical issues clearly to support service tracking and future maintenance.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve device-related problems quickly and minimize disruption for users.
Requirements
Hands-on experience supporting computer hardware and associated peripherals in a detail-oriented environment.
Working knowledge of Dell Technologies systems and Apple devices, including setup and troubleshooting.
Ability to install and manage cables and physical device connections with attention to safety and organization.
Strong diagnostic skills for identifying and resolving desktop and hardware-related technical issues.
Comfortable performing device deployment, basic repairs, and hardware replacements as needed.
Clear communication skills and the ability to provide responsive support to end users and team members.
