Required Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Strong understanding of Power Apps best practices, design patterns, and governance considerations.
Experience automating workflows and enabling business users through low-code/no-code platforms.
Ability to work independently as a technical expert while collaborating closely with a broader team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and influence adoption of technical solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions to automate workflows and improve business processes.
Act as a Power Apps subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and implementation standards.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Power Apps solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process needs and recommend efficient Power Platform solutions.
Support a growing backlog of queued processes requiring Power Apps implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including onshore and offshore partners) to deliver solutions effectively.
Help upskill internal team members by sharing knowledge, patterns, and lessons learned.
Contribute to the development of a best-in-class Power Apps strategy as the capability matures.
Participate in solution reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Ensure solutions are built with sustainability, maintainability, and user adoption in mind.
