Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP BICC & UCM Consultant to lead enterprise data extraction and integration initiatives between Oracle Fusion ERP and the Google Cloud Platform Enterprise Data Hub. The ideal candidate will design and govern BICC extraction frameworks, manage UCM based data delivery, and ensure reliable data ingestion into Google Cloud Platform platforms such as Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP financial data models, BICC extraction architecture, and enterprise data integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. BICC Extraction Architecture Design
   Act as the design authority for BICC extraction architecture connecting Oracle Fusion ERP with the Google Cloud Platform Enterprise Data Hub.

2. PVO Based Data Extraction
   Design, configure, and govern BICC extracts using standard and custom Physical View Objects.

3. ERP Module Data Extraction
   Lead data extraction initiatives across Oracle Fusion ERP modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Cash Management, and Projects.

4. Extraction Strategy Design
   Define strategies for incremental extraction, full data loads, and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate data synchronization.

5. UCM Data Delivery Management
   Manage file delivery from BICC to Oracle Universal Content Management including file structure design, retention policies, and access control.

6. Secure Data Transfer to Google Cloud Platform
   Ensure secure and reliable data transfer from UCM to Google Cloud platforms including Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery.

7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
   Monitor BICC extraction processes, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance for large scale ERP data pipelines.

8. Production Deployment and Support
   Lead production cutover activities, hypercare support, and L2/L3 support for ERP data extraction pipelines.

9. Google Cloud Platform Data Hub Integration
   Align BICC outputs with Google Cloud Platform Enterprise Data Hub ingestion frameworks and enterprise data architecture standards.

10. Data Engineering Collaboration
    Support BigQuery ingestion processes including partitioning strategies, incremental ingestion pipelines, and replayability capabilities.

11. Data Reconciliation and Auditability
    Enable source to target reconciliation frameworks and audit mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills

1. Strong hands on experience with Oracle Fusion BICC data extraction.

2. Deep expertise working with Physical View Objects for ERP data extraction.

3. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP financial data models.

4. Experience managing data delivery using Oracle Universal Content Management.

5. Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP data pipelines with Google Cloud Platform platforms including Google Cloud Storage and BigQuery.

6. Strong experience designing incremental and full extraction strategies for enterprise ERP systems.

7. Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing large scale ERP data pipelines.

8. Strong understanding of enterprise data hub architectures.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience working with enterprise analytics platforms and large scale data warehouses.

2. Experience designing reconciliation and audit frameworks for financial data pipelines.

3. Experience working with ERP analytics programs within large enterprise environments.

Experience Required

1. Minimum 8 to 12+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP data integration, enterprise data engineering, or ERP analytics architectures.

2. Proven experience leading BICC extraction and ERP data integration programs in enterprise environments.
