Key Responsibilities1. Standards & Requirements Excellence- Establish and promote consistent business analysis methodologies, templates, and documentation standards
2. Team Support & Cross-Functional Alignment- Foster collaboration across business units, IT teams, and vendor partners
3. Communication & Stakeholder Influence- Translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements
4. Leadership & Team Development- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 Business Analysts
