Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing system operations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting end users through technical expertise. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify system improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyze organizational strategies to identify technical improvements and translate them into actionable system requirements.
Evaluate software options and custom solutions to determine the best fit for business needs.
Oversee the design and development of systems, ensuring data integrity and operational stability.
Work closely with stakeholders to create data models, dashboards, and system workflows.
Lead testing efforts for new or updated systems to verify they meet specified requirements.
Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for staff to maximize system efficiency.
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for system users.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend updates to align with business goals.
Document business processes, procedures, and system guidelines to maintain organized records.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage updates, resolve issues, and implement new solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in system administration and managing enterprise-level systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and related collaboration tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Experience in designing workflows and dashboards to improve system usability.
Ability to conduct system testing and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Skilled in creating user documentation and delivering training sessions.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in business environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
