Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light commercial HVAC systems
- Service equipment including package units, split systems, heat pumps, and rooftop units
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Identify mechanical or electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommended repairs
- Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Experience servicing light commercial HVAC systems (5-25 ton range)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical components
- Familiarity with RTUs, split systems, controls, and refrigerant systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
