Description
We are looking for a talented Video Content Specialist to join our team in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in creating compelling video content by leveraging your expertise in scripting, filming, editing, and post-production. This position requires a strong creative vision and technical proficiency to deliver high-quality videos that align with brand standards and project goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute video projects from concept to completion, including scripting, filming, and editing.
Plan and manage both studio and onsite video shoots, ensuring smooth coordination with other teams and stakeholders.
Edit video content using advanced tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects to achieve high-quality results.
Ensure all video outputs adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and implement innovative video strategies.
Perform post-production tasks, such as color correction, sound editing, and adding visual effects.
Optimize videos for digital platforms, ensuring compatibility and engagement.
Maintain and manage video equipment to ensure readiness for production.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into video projects.
Troubleshoot technical issues during production and editing processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in video production, including scripting, filming, and editing.
Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong creative and technical skills in video content creation.
Ability to plan and execute both studio and onsite video shoots efficiently.
Familiarity with digital video optimization for various platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of video equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
