Contract Duration: 12 monthsOverviewApex Systems is seeking an experienced AV and IT Support Technician to support a large enterprise innovation center in Eden Prairie, MN. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring a polished professional who can manage technical environments, support live events, and deliver white-glove service to executive-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot audio/visual and IT equipment across the innovation center
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and daily equipment checks
- Develop root cause analysis for recurring technology issues and drive timely resolution
- Maintain PCs used throughout the center for content display; open and manage tickets with IT as needed
- Provide technical execution support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, meetings, and tours
- Collaborate with event stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Deploy and test presentation content to endpoints prior to events and meetings
- Learn and rehearse presentation content to ensure smooth transitions and functional understanding
- Deliver professional, polished customer service to all levels of the organization including senior leadership
Qualifications- 3+ years of audio/visual technology management experience
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with current video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx)
- Understanding of network infrastructure, cloud services, and presentation technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and high-visibility stakeholders
- Ability to build and manage relationships across a large enterprise organization
