      Supports the department manager in monitoring and adjusting the operation/productivity of the Pharmacy department and in the management of department personnel. Performs the duties of an Operations Manager; coordinating central operations for the department which includes personnel, technology, sterile process, medication procurement management. Leads efforts to improve workflow efficiency and provides oversight of the controlled substance program.

      Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required.

        Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited residency in pharmacy practice.

      Leadership experience preferred.
