Analyst-Data

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Business Intelligence team in the role of Data Analyst.

As a Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner across all levels of management, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive performance improvement and organizational initiatives. Beyond providing high-level database management and rigorous data validation, you will act as a primary consultant and subject matter expert, translating analytical findings into clear narratives that guide decision-making. In addition to overseeing report generation and maintaining data integrity, you will lead technical advocacy efforts by designing and delivering comprehensive training to empower system users and foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.

  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.

  • Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.

  • Requires advanced proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
