Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Regional Spec Control team. This role is responsible for coordinating the accurate and timely delivery of Design Changes and Manufacturing Instructions to downstream units and departments. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ADC/ASC Regional Spec Control with delivery of Design Changes and Manufacturing Instructions to downstream units and HDMA departments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal units to ensure accurate and on-time documentation delivery.
  • Review daily work lists and establish priorities using internal dashboards, working with the Group Leader and New Model Project Leader to meet project milestones.
  • Deliver Design Changes to LSC with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review Manufacturing Instructions for completeness and return them to departments for correction when necessary.
  • Deliver finalized Manufacturing Instructions to LSC with accuracy and detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all documentation is delivered prior to purchase order deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings and assist other team members when needed to ensure timely delivery of work.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant on-the-job administrative or operational support experience.
  • Completion of a vocational training program may substitute for one year of experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal associates and external departments regarding Design Changes and Manufacturing Instructions.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, including BOM delivery tools such as DCMS and BEAM.
  • Responsive and proactive when addressing requests and inquiries from associates and external departments.

Location: Raymond, OH (onsite 4 days/week)

Contract: 12 months with extensions

Rate: 20-25/hr DOE
