We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with strong experience designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow
Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, SPM
Experience with AI Agent Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST APIs
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience
Experience with platform architecture, integrations, and upgrades

Preferred Skills:

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM certifications
Enterprise implementation experience
