Summary

ECM Program Manager Document Automation ||| Onsite || Richmond, VA

We are seeking a senior Program Manager to lead document management operations and drive process improvements through automation and AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities

Manage document intake (fax, email, mail) and ensure proper classification, routing, and storage
Lead a team and oversee end-to-end document workflows
Improve processes to reduce manual work and increase accuracy
Implement automation using OCR, AI/ML, and IDP
Manage ECM systems (FileNet, OnBase, Laserfiche) and tools like Kofax/RightFax
Collaborate with business & IT teams; ensure compliance

Requirements

10+ years in document/content management
5+ years leadership experience
Strong experience with ECM tools + Kofax/RightFax
Experience with AI/ML and document automation
Strong process improvement & communication skills
