As an IBM Sterling Integrator platform administration Lead Consultant, who understands On Prem and Cloud server infrastructure landscape. Has handled sterling integrator platform and application and has performed day-to-day activities like monitoring system, clusters, adapters, queues, purge, Business processes.
has participated in system shutdown and start up activities. Has handled application related or infra related incidents. Can troubleshoot the issue and identify if it is application related or platform related and solve it ASAP by taking appropriate steps or by engaging infra teams to solve it.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of relevant Information Technology experience and 10 years of B2B and EDI tools
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IBM Sterling Integrator administration.
- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Strong expertise with:
o Sterling integrator 6.x, Administrator
o Has complete knowledge of running sterling integrator related backend commands like searching for files, running and executing scripts, performing health check system, start up and shutdown commands and other admin commands.
- Shell and Perl scripting for system monitoring and Alerts
- Proficient in Linux administration, shell scripting, and network fundamentals.
- Awareness of Sterling B2B Integrator using Certified Container.
- Hands-on experience on Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Has managed team of 5 and above and can delegate work and follow up to get it complete.
- Managed critical incidents and resolutions.
- Has knowledge of the issues that arise with sterling integrator and platform and has knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve ASAP
- Communicate the issues and keep updating status to higher management
- Abide by SLA and work with team to have the issues solved ASAP
- Understand performance tuning to Sterling integrator through dashboard
- Can work with DB teams and Infra teams for patching and performance tuning.
- Understand Sterling integrator DB Structure and inbuild tables.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, cert management, firewall rules, infra, firewall, load balancer
- Hands-on experience with incident management, RCA, and change management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
