Summary

Migration Architect - Singlestore

We have an immediate need for a SingleStore Migration Architect with our client. This role focuses on leading a large-scale Vertica to SingleStore migration, including defining migration strategy, data modeling, performance optimization, and ensuring production stability. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with SingleStore including rowstore and columnstore modeling, reference tables, sharding strategies, and SQL query optimization, along with strong experience in MPP database design and enterprise data platform modernization.

Candidates should also have prior experience migrating from Vertica or other legacy data warehouses, advanced SQL skills for analytical workloads, and experience using Spark (Scala or Python) for large-scale data processing.
