Seeking a highly organized professional to support operational excellence through systems management, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role serves as a key resource in optimizing workflows, improving data visibility, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance business systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Lead system enhancements, user adoption initiatives, and staff training
- Coordinate projects and priorities across multiple departments
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and operational standards
- Support executive-level reporting, planning, and administrative initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, systems administration, business analysis, or project coordination
- Strong experience with business applications, reporting platforms, and collaboration tools
- Proven ability to improve workflows and drive operational efficiencies
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or distributed teams
- Background in data management, reporting, or business process optimization
- Experience working across multiple functional areas including operations, finance, administration, or customer-facing teams
