Production Operations Coordinator
Overview
Seeking a highly organized professional to manage client projects through the full production lifecycle. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and operations teams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from intake through final delivery
- Track timelines, priorities, and project milestones
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor production workflows and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain project documentation and status updates
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience in a production, operations, project coordination, or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project tracking, reporting, or workflow management tools
- Exposure to production systems, operations software, or ERP platforms
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and business applications
