Business Analyst – IFS ERP and Warehouse & Supply Chain

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – IFS ERP and Warehouse & Supply Chain to bridge the gap between business requirements and ERP technology. The role will focus on understanding, documenting, improving, and implementing business processes across Warehouse, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, and related IFS ERP modules.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IFS ERP, warehouse and supply-chain processes, business analysis methodologies, and experience working with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and ERP implementation/support teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4–8+ years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, ERP support, or supply-chain systems.
- Hands-on experience with IFS ERP in a functional/business analyst capacity.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, functional specifications, and UAT.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into ERP functional solutions.
- Experience with ERP integrations and understanding of upstream/downstream system dependencies.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
