Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead business process transformation initiatives, including process analysis, optimization, and future-state solution design.
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Support SAP implementation, modernization, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in SAP consulting, business process transformation, and enterprise application implementation.

Technical Skills
|
SAP S/4HANA, SAP Configuration, SAP SD, Business Process Modeling, SAP Integration, SAP Activate Methodology, Process Optimization, SAP Solution Design
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Process Analysis, Business Transformation, Stakeholder Management, Requirements Gathering, Change Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise SAP solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
