Summary

IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VOIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.

 Tasks

·        Data analysis

·        Writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions

·        Conducting research

·        Creating procedures to improve the existing systems

·        Providing training and support to users

·        Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

·        Must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.

·        Applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project

·        Ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.

Environment: Service Now, Webex Calling, Microsoft 365, Clarity, Imagicle, OKTA

NOTE: Local candidates. Position is hybrid; 2 days a week onsite.

Location: Pontiac, MI  

Contract: Ongoing

Skills Required:

·        5+ years - Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite

·        5+ years - Data analytics experience 

Skills Desired – A plus to have:

·        Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals

·        Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management experience
