Job Description
We are seeking a Sr iOS Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in native iOS development, iOS frameworks, and SDK integrations and a proven ability to design, build, optimize, and publish performant iOS applications. This role typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build native mobile applications for Apple's iOS platform.
- Collaborate with design to define and refine app features.
- Ensure application quality and performance to specifications.
- Identify potential issues and resolve application bottlenecks.
- Fix application bugs prior to release.
- Publish applications to the App Store.
- Maintain core code and automate routine workflows.
- Design and implement application updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 5-7 years of professional experience with proven delivery of iOS apps.
- Extensive experience with iOS frameworks and integrating vendor app SDKs.
- Knowledge of iOS back-end services and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift, and SwiftUI.
- Hands-on Android development experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of C-based libraries.
- Familiarity with biometrics, push notifications, and camera APIs.
- Experience with continuous integration and unit testing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment with strong communication skills.
- Focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
