Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Asset Management (Maintenance Cloud). The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Fusion implementations, configure asset lifecycle and maintenance processes, support integrations with Oracle SCM and Financials, and provide testing, reporting, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion Asset Management implementations.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Configure asset lifecycle, maintenance, and work management processes.
- Support EPC asset handover and asset capitalization.
- Integrate Oracle Asset Management with Oracle SCM, Inventory, Procurement, and Oracle Financials.
- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Perform SIT, UAT, production support, and end-user training.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Asset Management (Maintenance Cloud).
- Experience with Asset Lifecycle Management and Maintenance Management.
- Knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Oracle Financials integration.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SIT, and UAT.
- Strong business process analysis, configuration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with EPC Project Asset Handover.
- Knowledge of Asset Capitalization and Fixed Assets Integration.
- Experience with maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Asset Availability).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
