Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85018 / Onsite
Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract to Hire (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)
Overview
Talent Groups is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple office locations throughout Arizona. This role is ideal for a well rounded IT professional who enjoys a combination of systems administration, networking, desktop support, and field services work in a fast paced healthcare environment.
This is a highly visible, customer facing role supporting physicians, clinical staff, and office personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working within Microsoft and Cisco environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networks including switches, firewalls, and wireless environments
• Manage and support Azure infrastructure and virtual environments
• Provide onsite desktop, hardware, and printer support across office locations
• Support Office 365 technologies including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
• Handle user account administration, password resets, and basic Active Directory support
• Assist with hardware deployments, switch installations, UPS setup, and office technology rollouts
• Respond to service desk tickets, phone calls, emails, and end user requests
• Maintain documentation and assist with IT projects and system upgrades
Required Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network support
• Experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, DHCP, and DNS
• Experience supporting Windows environments and office hardware
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel between office locations throughout Arizona
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
• Experience administering Office 365 environments
• Exposure to PowerShell or scripting
• Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments
• Certifications such as Network+, Azure Fundamentals, or Meraki CMNA are a plus
