US-IT Recruiter - Remote (Offshore)

Position: US IT Technical Recruiter
Experience: 1 5 Years (US Staffing Experience Mandatory)
Location: Remote
Shift: US Shift (EST / CST / PST depending on requirement)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with US clients, sourcing technical talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and building strong candidate pipelines for niche and high-demand technology roles.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time positions.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), networking, referrals, and internal databases.

• Work extensively with US Visa classifications including , TN, and s.

• Screen and evaluate candidates&# ; technical and communication capabilities aligned with client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, negotiations, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.

• Submit candidate profiles to hiring managers and continuously track progress.

• Negotiate rates and manage billing structures (C2C / W2 / 1099).

• Track daily targets and maintain recruitment dashboards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing goals within timelines.

• Proven experience in US IT recruitment / US staffing / Talent acquisition

• Strong sourcing ability using Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

• Excellent understanding of US tax terms: W2, 1099, C2C & visa classifications

• Good understanding of IT skills such as Java, .Net, QA, DevOps, Azure, AWS, Power BI, Data Engineering, SQL, Networking, and Cybersecurity.

• Strong negotiation & communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Experience working with VMS / Direct Clients / Implementation Partners

• Knowledge of AI-sourcing tools / ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, CEIPAL , JobDiva, etc.)
