Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a Hybrid Business Analyst in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area to support a large, multi-year business transformation initiative within cruise reservations and operations.

Overview:
This Business Analyst will act as the right-hand partner to a senior business expert, supporting significant process changes across the organization. The role is heavily focused on business process documentation, requirements gathering, and change enablement, working closely with business stakeholders and Project Managers. The ideal candidate brings strong cruise or reservation system experience, excels at documenting complex business processes, and is comfortable operating in a high-end, professional environment while building strong long-term team relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document current-state and future-state business processes
* Produce detailed, clear business documentation (process flows, procedures, requirements, training materials)
* Support large-scale process and operational changes tied to a reservation system transformation
* Act as a liaison between business users and Project Managers
* Help extract and translate institutional knowledge from subject matter experts
* Support ongoing change management throughout a long-term program

REQUIREMENTS:
* Business Analyst experience focused on business process and documentation (non-technical)
* Cruise industry experience strongly preferred; Cruise reservation systems experience ideal (SeaWare highly preferred); Will consider airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre); Hospitality reservation experience considered secondary
* Strong experience creating detailed business and process documentation
* Experience supporting business transformation or process change initiatives
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
* Professional presence suitable for a luxury, customer-focused environment
* Ability to work collaboratively on a long-term engagement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
