What You ll Do
Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, financial transactions, and reporting using Hyperion Planning and Reporting applications.
Support ongoing financial planning initiatives by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable system outputs.
Administer Hyperion system applications, databases, and security for business users.
Evaluate, enhance, and improve existing system functionality to meet evolving budget and reporting needs.
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and updates, including evaluating enhancement requests and system modifications.
Update and maintain metadata, perform data loads, data migrations, and data validation across environments.
Maintain system security, provision users, manage roles and access, and ensure compliance with access controls.
Review, update, and maintain business rules and system calculations.
Design, update, and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and SmartView reports.
Conduct research and financial analysis to support budget development and decision making.
Provide functional and technical support to system users within the Budget and Finance Department.
Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system and data-related problems.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of budget and finance operations
