Title: Senior Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale healthcare and technology initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in driving projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver high-impact results aligned with business objectives. Success looks like

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex initiatives, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, and budget
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and presentations
Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics using project management tools
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and escalating when necessary
Oversee project budgets and resource planning, ensuring financial alignment and efficiency
Ensure compliance with governance standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory guidelines (including HIPAA)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, risks, and change requests
Partner with stakeholders to analyze challenges and recommend effective solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field
5 7 years of project management experience
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects independently
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
Preferred Skills & Experience
Master s degree in a related field
PMP, Six Sigma, or similar project management certification (or in progress)
Experience working within healthcare systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts
