Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence, Tableau development, and Tableau Server administration, with the ability to build impactful dashboards and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
Administer, configure, monitor, and support Tableau Server in an enterprise environment.
Gather and analyze business requirements to develop effective BI solutions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics.
Create and maintain data models and support data warehousing initiatives.
Ensure dashboard performance, data accuracy, and adherence to Tableau best practices.
Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on Tableau tools and capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Intelligence development experience.
2+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
1+ year of Tableau Server administration in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and the Tableau BI Product Suite.
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, dashboard development, and report design.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
