Summary

Job Title: Product Manager (Marketing Technology / CDP Data Engineer (MarTech)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong Marketing Technology (MarTech) background and hands-on experience working within Customer Data Platform (CDP) ecosystems and customer data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer data flows across multiple marketing systems and enabling downstream activation for marketing campaigns and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage customer data flows across CDP ecosystems and marketing technology platforms.

  • Integrate and manage data between customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, and data warehouses.

  • Work with platforms such as Blueshift, Acxiom, and LiveRamp for identity resolution, audience activation, and customer segmentation.

  • Build and maintain data pipelines using platforms such as Databricks to process and prepare customer data for marketing activation.

  • Enable downstream activation by delivering clean, structured customer data to marketing tools, advertising platforms, and campaign systems.

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all marketing data workflows.

  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to enable data-driven customer engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in Marketing Technology (MarTech) environments.

  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer identity resolution.

  • Hands-on experience with Blueshift, Acxiom, or LiveRamp.

  • Experience building or managing data pipelines using Databricks or similar data engineering platforms.

  • Knowledge of customer data flows, audience segmentation, and campaign activation processes.

  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and marketing data architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms.

  • Familiarity with data activation workflows across advertising or campaign platforms.

  • Strong collaboration skills working with data engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.
