V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Lead BSA D365 Security Remote for our premier client in Remote.

Knowledge and Skills:

Execute and monitor

• User Access Management (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews)
• IT Operations (job monitoring, backups, incident management)
• Partner with control owners to ensure controls are designed effectively and operating consistently.
• Maintain comprehensive control documentation, narratives, and process flows
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
• Change Management (SDLC controls, approvals, testing evidence)

Audit Readiness & Evidence Management

• Coordinate internal and external audit walkthroughs. Lead evidence collection (access reports, approval logs, testing artifacts, release documentation).
• Track deficiencies and remediation plans to timely closure.
• Support quarterly and annual SOX certifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment & Control Optimization

• Perform risk assessments across in-scope applications.
• Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies. Drive automation of manual controls using system capabilities and reporting tools.
• Support continuous control monitoring initiatives.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with Finance Systems (ERP, Revenue, Billing), HCM / HR Systems, Information Security, DevOps & Engineering, GRC stakeholders, Translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable IT processes to coordinate integration dependencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
