Job Title:- SAP Integration Analyst (payroll) - 2 needs
Location:- 100% Remote

This Integrations Analyst will be responsible for:
-Translating business requirements into functional integration specifications (data mapping, legacy system reconciliation).
-Updating documentation as needed for payroll feeds (time‑and‑attendance, benefits, tax, third‑party providers).
-Building and executing test scripts for user‑acceptance testing.
-Serving as first‑line point of contact for payroll integration defects and troubleshooting; coordinate triage and resolution with IT, vendors, and functional business owners.
-Following change‑control procedures for any integration modifications.
-Providing clear, business‑focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership.
-Identifying opportunities to automate manual validations, reduce processing time, and improve data quality
MUST HAVE Basic Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands‑on experience designing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP environments (ABAP, SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, etc)
Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures.
Proven ability to create functional specifications, perform data reconciliation, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Hands‑on experience designing and executing functional and integration test plans.
Excellent written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Desired Skills:
Technical knowledge of APIs, middleware, or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python) is beneficial but not required.
Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification.
Experience with robotic process automation or AI‑driven data‑validation tools.
Prior experience supporting large‑scale transformation programs
