Leads Order-to-Cash and interagency sales functional discovery for Workstream 4 facilitates discovery sessions for sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer account processes. Performs high-level process-to-standard assessment for SAP SD/Order-to-Cash (Workstream 5) and identifies opportunities to standardize or simplify legacy sales processes. Assesses integration touchpoints with Finance and Manufacturing workstreams and contributes findings to the future-state process hierarchy

Leads Workstream 1 (Program Mobilization and Governance) establishes engagement structure, stakeholder alignment, governance cadence, and decision tracking. Serves as primary clients point of contact with Y-12 leadership and Carahsoft. Chairs executive checkpoint reviews and steers the Phase 0 engagement toward the transformation blueprint and ROM deliverables.
