Technical Troubleshooting and Triage
• Analyze integration issues encountered by Interop Operations team across data integration mechanisms (e.g. HL7 2.x data feeds, FHIR and other API transactions, CCDAs) and user apps (SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks, Overlay).
• Review API transactions, logs, and data payloads.
• Utilize vendor testing tools and “sandbox” environments (e.g. Epic, athena, Cerner, NextGen).

• Join externally facing calls as directed (e.g., troubleshooting sessions, findings reviews, resolution support)
• Actively support process modernization using emerging AI tools and capabilities.
• Other interoperability technical support responsibilities as assigned (e.g. ad-hoc PSV projects)
