We re seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential HVAC installation operations, manage HVAC installation teams, and ensure high-quality heating and air conditioning system installations across multiple job sites. Responsibilities: \n
What You ll Be Doing:
\n

Lead, schedule, and develop the residential HVAC installation team
\n - \n
Oversee daily HVAC install operations across multiple job sites
\n - \n
Monitor installation quality, safety, and performance standards
\n - \n
Manage hiring, training, and performance of HVAC installers and install helpers
\n - \n
Ensure HVAC installations meet local code requirements and company standards
\n - \n
Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors, and internal departments to ensure successful HVAC system installations
\n - \n
Manage scheduling, materials, trucks, and job reporting for the HVAC installation department
\n - \n
Resolve field issues and support installers with technical guidance
\n - \n
Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance
\n - \n
Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination
\n
\n
This role plays a critical part in maintaining the performance and growth of the residential HVAC installation department.
Qualifications: \n
What You Need:
\n
\n - \n
6+ years of HVAC installation experience or HVAC management experience
\n - \n
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including airflow, gas piping, electrical components, and system installation
\n - \n
Proven leadership experience managing HVAC install teams
\n - \n
Valid driver s license and knowledge of HVAC code compliance
\n - \n
Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
\n - \n
Experience managing job schedules, materials, and installation crews
\n
