  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications, models, and automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and manufacturing processes
  • Ensure all AI solutions align with IT standards for architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance
  • Lead pilot initiatives from concept through deployment, including data preparation, testing, validation, user training, and operational integration
  • Collaborate with IT teams to build and maintain data pipelines, system integrations, and infrastructure required to support AI applications
  • Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment, including data integrity, model bias, operational impact, and system failures
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and recommending AI-driven enhancements
  • Document AI systems, models, logic, and dependencies to support auditability, maintainability, and knowledge transfer
  • Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to Operations, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and IT teams, including troubleshooting and optimization of AI-enabled processes
