Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Program Manager to support project management and practice improvement initiatives. This role will dedicate approximately 70% of efforts to project management activities and 30% to practice improvement support. The successful candidate will coordinate technology initiatives, manage implementations, and support continuous process improvement efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Information Technology projects through all phases of implementation.
• Support project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate project resources, schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Support implementation of on-premise, SaaS, and hosted technology solutions.
• Provide project status reporting and communicate issues, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support practice development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with process optimization and implementation of project management best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and governance artifacts.
• Support organizational and operational improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• 2 years of project management experience implementing Information Technology solutions required.
• 2 years of experience implementing both on-premise solutions and SaaS/hosted solutions required.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills required.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and priorities required.
• Experience with Planview PPM Pro (PPMP) highly desired.
• Experience supporting practice development and improvement initiatives highly desired.
