Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in NYC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition. This role is responsible for driving project governance, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships while ensuring alignment across business and technical teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can effectively communicate with executives, drive stakeholder engagement, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance project delivery and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream projects and transformation programs
* Establish project governance, roadmaps, success metrics, and RAID management processes
* Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, resource utilization, and vendor performance to ensure successful outcomes
* Manage operational handoffs and measure project success against defined business objectives and KPIs
* Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, and steering committee materials
* Partner with cross-functional teams including technology, security, legal, finance, and operations
* Support vendor selection, contract oversight, and third-party risk management
* Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve planning, estimation, reporting, and risk analysis
* Ensure compliance with enterprise data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience leading complex technology, business transformation, or enterprise project initiatives
* Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and governance capabilities
* Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, risks, and vendor relationships
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes
* Familiarity with AI-powered project management and reporting tools preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
