Job Description
Randstad is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a key client engagement based in Washington, DC, to oversee critical Safety & Security (S&S) digital technology initiatives. In this role, you will assume leadership over high-stakes, ongoing safety projects following a recent leadership transition, directly driving the implementation, optimization, and operational management of the Everbridge Business Continuity & Incident Center (BCIC) platform. Working closely with enterprise stakeholders and technology teams, you will ensure seamless continuity, system integration, and robust incident management response across the organization s critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of ongoing digital technology projects focused on organizational safety, emergency management, and business continuity.
- Lead the operational administration, integration, and platform strategy for the Everbridge Business Continuity & Incident Center (BCIC) suite.
- Transition, organize, and drive existing S&S initiatives previously managed by senior leadership to maintain project momentum and scope completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Digital Technology (DT) teams, vendor representatives, and business leaders to align technology solutions with incident response protocols.
- Track project performance, manage risks, establish mitigation plans, and deliver executive-level status reports on project milestones and platform adoption.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Everbridge tools, advising stakeholders on best practices for critical event management and mass notifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience leading enterprise IT or digital technology initiatives.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience and deep exposure to the Everbridge platform, specifically the Business Continuity & Incident Center (BCIC) product line.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record managing projects within Safety & Security (S&S), emergency mass notification, or business continuity domains.
- Project Transition: Demonstrated ability to step into ongoing, complex projects and rapidly establish structure, governance, and leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills within large-scale or government/transportation environments.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent business continuity credential (e.g., CBCP) is preferred.
