Job Description:
• Client is seeking a highly capable Project Manager through an existing staff augmentation contract to support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic technology initiatives across the Institute.
• This engagement will work closely with Directors and department leaders to transform committed project work goals and desired outcomes into structured, actionable project plans that can be successfully executed.
• We are seeking an individual who combines strong project management discipline with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Partner with IT Directors and business stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes, priorities, and success measures.
• Translate high-level objectives into comprehensive project plans, including:
• Scope definition
• Work breakdown structures
• Task sequencing
• Resource requirements
• Dependencies
• Timelines and milestones
• Risk identification and mitigation plans
• Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring activities across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, dashboards, and executive communications.
• Coordinate work across technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Track project progress, identify obstacles, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder workshops, and planning sessions.
• Assist with project prioritization, workload balancing, and resource coordination.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with institutional goals, budget expectations, and delivery commitments.
• Support delivery in an environment with a moderate sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism, quality, and stakeholder confidence.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading technology-related initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed project plans from conceptual business requirements.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to identify required resources, estimate effort, establish realistic timelines, and manage dependencies.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting portfolio management or governance processes.
