Hiring: Senior Delivery Manager – Analytics & Data Management

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Analytics & Data Management programs for marquee clients within our Sports/Gaming practice.
This role requires a strong blend of delivery excellence, stakeholder management, team leadership, and account growth capabilities, with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong AWS expertise
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification (Mandatory)
• Strong Data Management experience
• Experience in domains such as Sports, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, Health, Fitness, or Lifestyle preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Delivery Leadership
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and data management engagements
• Ensure scope, timelines, quality, and cost targets are achieved
• Establish and enforce delivery best practices, governance models, and execution frameworks
• Manage complex, multi-workstream programs involving data engineering, data platforms, and analytics solutions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively and drive mitigation plans
2️⃣ Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Lead executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and roadmap discussions
• Balance client expectations with internal delivery capabilities
3️⃣ Team Leadership & Talent Development
• Build, manage, and scale globally distributed teams
• Foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Mentor delivery managers, tech leads, and high-potential talent
4️⃣ Analytics, Data & Technology Oversight
• Lead delivery for solutions involving:
- Data Management & Data Engineering
- Cloud-based Analytics Platforms
- Data Warehousing & Modern Data Stacks
• Strong familiarity with:
- AWS Cloud including AWS Redshift
- SQL & Python (hands-on coding not mandatory)
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leaders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
5️⃣ Account Growth & Organic Business Development
• Identify white-space opportunities within existing accounts
• Support proposals, solution shaping, and account growth initiatives
• Lead effort estimation and delivery approach definition for new opportunities
• Contribute to long-term account strategy and roadmap planning
Qualifications:
• 10–15 years of experience in delivery/program/project management within analytics, data management, or data engineering
• Proven experience managing large global cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of data engineering and data management ecosystems
• Experience with AWS or other cloud ecosystems such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with SQL & Python
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with:
- Data clean room solutions
- Consent platforms
- DataOps practices (observability, DQ frameworks, lineage, incident management, SLO/SLA governance)
- SDLC practices (CI/CD)
- Software/Application delivery (frontend, backend, APIs, UX collaboration)
