Clinical Systems Analyst

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team. The Clinical Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and implementing clinical systems to ensure efficient and effective operation within our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical staff and IT professionals to analyze and evaluate clinical systems
• Assist in the implementation and customization of clinical systems
• Provide end-user training and support for clinical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements
• Conduct system testing and validation
• Document system processes and procedures

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Clinical Systems Analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of clinical information systems and electronic health records
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, or related field
• Certification in clinical systems analysis is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Cerner or Epic clinical systems
• Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Project management experience
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements
