Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year

A bit about us:

Our client is a respected boutique law firm focused on sophisticated estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax-driven wealth transfer strategies. The firm advises individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on preserving and transitioning wealth across generations.
With a strong reputation for technical depth and personalized service, this company handles complex matters involving high-net-worth clients, including advanced trust structures, business succession planning, and estate tax minimization. The firm maintains a collaborative, client-centric culture where attorneys are encouraged to build meaningful client relationships while delivering thoughtful, strategic counsel.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded practice where estate planning is the core focus-not a secondary offering. Attorneys at this company benefit from:

  • High-Level Work: Exposure to sophisticated estate planning matters, including tax-efficient strategies, multi-generational wealth planning, and closely held business succession.
  • Client Interaction: Direct access to clients and the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor rather than working behind the scenes.
  • Collaborative Environment: A collegial team of experienced practitioners who value mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and professional development.
  • Sustainable Practice Model: A firm culture that emphasizes long-term client relationships and quality of work over volume-driven production.

-Growth Potential: The ability to develop a portable practice, expand client relationships, and progress toward leadership within the firm.

This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys combining technical expertise with personal client service in a focused estate planning environment.
