Job Details

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Maryland (or ability to waive in)
3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Law

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage real estate closing files from intake through post-closing
  • Draft, review, and finalize closing documents and settlement statements
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, agents, and clients to ensure timely closings
  • Identify and resolve title or transactional issues
  • Conduct or support closings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of files simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Responsive communication style with strong client-facing abilities
